BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION:
Before founding Moon Law, Allison worked in insurance coverage and civil defense litigation, representing a range of clients including individuals, small local businesses, and some of the nation’s biggest corporations. Allison is a Greenville native and among the first graduates of St. Joseph’s High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and worked for WYFF before attending the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was on the staff of the Real Property and Probate Journal.
CURRENT PRACTICE:
Allison is now focused on protecting the legal interests of individuals and small businesses. Her current practice areas include special needs law, probate law, real estate litigation and other civil litigation. She is licensed to practice in all South Carolina trial and appellate courts including Circuit Court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Supreme Court and Federal District Court.

Allison is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association and the Greenville County Bar Association.
PERSONAL:
Allison resides near downtown Greenville with her husband and three sons. She is an avid fan of both college football and live music and enjoys spending her free time reading to her sons and experimental cooking.
